　　安徽皖通高速公路（00995）盘中逆市涨近6%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.4%，现报10.20港元，成交额3212.24万港元。

　　安徽皖通高速公路拟以5.03亿元认购深高速3817.92万股，占深高速本次发行后总股本的1.50%。此次交易属于关联交易，但未构成重大资产重组。公司表示，此次投资有利于聚焦高速公路主业，加强与同行业合作，并提高自有资金使用效率。

　　广发证券指出，宏观预期波动与无风险收益率下行背景下，基本面稳健的高股息资产配置价值持续凸显。中短期来看，宏观发力叠加宁宣杭高速与岳武高速产能爬坡，公司基本面改善进程有望加速。长期视角下，省内大交通网络的完善升级有望为公司持续引流，上市公司与集团路产的互动协同值得期待。
