3月25日，联邦制药大跌超12%，截至发稿报14.640港元/股。

　　消息面上，公司公布2024年全年业绩，实现收入约137.59亿元，同比增长0.1%；公司拥有人应占溢利约26.6亿元，同比减少1.5%；每股基本盈利146.39分。

　　年内，中间体产品、原料药及制剂产品的分部收入（包括分部间之销售）分别上升1.8%、下降0.5%及下降5.9%，分部溢利同比分别上升5.9%、下降9.8%及下降47.0%。制剂产品分部溢利大幅下滑，主要由于国家药品集采导致产品价格下调等因素。

　　此外，年内制剂产品的研发费用增加了26.6%达5.772亿元。

　　资料显示，联邦制药成立于1990年，于2007年在香港上市，主要从事药品的研发、生产及销售。

　　3月24日，诺和诺德称已获得联邦制药子公司联邦生物科技减肥候选药物UBT251的全球开发、生产和销售权，诺和诺德将支付2亿美元的预付款，以及高达18亿美元的里程碑款项，潜在交易价值高达20亿美元。
