Strandline Resources (ASX:STA), which is in voluntary administration, has been given until July 24 to convene a meeting with its creditors, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new timeline is an extension from the original deadline of March 24. The extension was granted by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in consideration of the "size and complexity" of Strandline Resources, per the filing.
