智通财经APP讯，基石控股(01592)发布公告，由于本公司财务部门的若干主要人员变动导致人员短缺。会计人员短缺，因此限制了准备及向核数师提供所有所需的审计资料的能力，从而影响本公司截至2024年12月31日止年度综合财务报表的完成及审计进度。本公司预期将会延迟刊发本公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告(年度业绩公告)。
董事会经审慎周详考虑后认为，本公司现阶段不宜刊发本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目，原因是该等管理账目可能无法准确反映本集团的财务表现及/或状况，且刊发未经审核管理账目可能对股东及本公司潜在投资者造成混淆及误导。
由于年度业绩公告预期将不会于2025年3月31日或之前刊发，本公司股份预期将自2025年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2024年年度业绩公告为止。
