智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)公布2024年业绩，营业收入为人民币213.72亿元，比2023年提高5.38%。税前利润为人民币23.47亿元，比2023年下降30.33%。归属于母公司股东净利润为人民币16.72亿元，比2023年下降24.24%。每股盈利为人民币0.40元，拟派发末期现金股息每股人民币0.21元。
其中，风力╱光伏板块业务的营业收入为人民币60.44亿元，同比减少3.20%，风力╱光伏板块业务的营业收入占集团营业收入的28.28%。收入下降的主要原因为集团风电场可利用小时数及平均上网电价较上年同期下降。
天然气板块业务营业收入人民币153.18亿元，同比增加9.20%，天然气板块业务的营业收入占集团业务收入的71.67%。收入增加的主要原因为天然气输售气量较上年同期增加。
公告称，净利减少主要原因为风电场可利用小时数较上年同期下降、平均上网电价较上年同期下降、天然气单方毛利较上年同期下降以及计提的资产减值损失较上年同期增加。
