智通财经APP讯，奇富科技-S(03660)公布，拟仅向根据1933年证券法(经修订)第144A条获合理相信为合资格机构买家的人士发售本金总额为6亿美元于2030年到期可转换优先票据，视乎市况及其他因素而定。公司拟授予票据发售的初始买方增购本金总额最多0.9亿美元的票据的选择权，并可在自票据首次发行之日(包括当天)起的13天内行使该选择权。
公司计划将票据发售所得款项净额用于根据本公司董事会授权的一项新设立股份回购计划(2025年3月股份回购计划)在票据发售定价的同时及在票据发售定价后不时回购公司美国存托股及╱或A类普通股。
