本集团于2024财年交付的物业的已确认收入约为131.93亿元( 2023 财年：约136.92亿元)，减少约3.6%，乃主要由于本集团于2024财年交付的物业总建筑面积从2023财年约71.81万平方米减少至约70.38万平方米，减少约2.0%，从而可计入2024财年确认收入的金额也相应减少。
