知乎2024业绩：经调整净亏损9627万元，同比减85.4%
3月26日，知乎（02390/ZH）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩公告。报告期内，公司总收入为35.99亿元，同比下降14.3%。毛利为21.81亿元，下降5.0%。经营亏损为4.81亿元，相较于2023年减少55.1%。净亏损为1.69亿元，同比减少79.9%。非公认会计准则下的经调整经营亏损为4.05亿元，减少54.4%；经调整净亏损为9627万元，减少85.4%。
在管理层讨论与分析部分，公司表示2024年是显著转机之年，通过优化资源和组织结构，成功缩小了亏损。尽管平均月活跃用户数下降至8300万，同比减少21.2%，但平均每月订阅会员数有所上升，达到了1500万，增长3.7%。公司毛利率提升至60.6%，是五年来的最高水平，显示出经营效率的提升和商业化能力的增强。
在业务分部方面，营销服务收入下降至12.47亿元，付费会员收入小幅下降至17.62亿元，而职业培训收入则降至4.68亿元，主要由于自营课程增长未能完全抵消收购业务的收入贡献减少。整体来看，虽然公司面临收入下滑的挑战，但通过提升运营效率和专注于核心用户体验，仍实现了亏损的显著收窄。
