New Hope Informs Noteholders About Adjustment to Conversion Price of Convertible Notes Due 2029

New Hope (ASX:NHC) gave notice to holders of its AU$300 million 4.25% senior convertible notes due 2029 that the conversion price and threshold amount of the notes had been adjusted as a result of the extraordinary cash dividend of AU$0.19 payable to shareholders of record on March 25, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The conversion price was adjusted to AU$6.2358 per ordinary share from AU$6.5468 per ordinary share, and the threshold amount was adjusted pro-rata to AU$0.1505 per ordinary share from AU$0.158 per ordinary share, effective on March 26.

Company shares slid 2% in recent trade.
