智通财经APP讯，中集集团(000039.SZ)发布2024年年度报告，报告期内，集团实现营业收入1776.64亿元，同比增长39.01%。实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润29.72亿元，同比增长605.60%。实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润34.51亿元，同比增长418.67%。基本每股收益为0.53元。拟向全体股东每1股派发现金红利人民币0.176元(含税)。
报告期内，集团集装箱制造业务实现营业收入人民币622.05亿元(去年同期：人民币302.13亿元)，同比上升105.89%，实现净利润人民币40.88亿元(去年同期：人民币17.94亿元)，同比上升127.84%。
报告期内，全球商品贸易需求回升，行业权威分析机构克拉克森(CLARKSONS)2025年2月报告显示2024年全球集装箱贸易量同比增长5.9%至2.13亿TEU;同时，红海危机导致欧线绕航、码头工人罢工导致港口拥堵等事件降低了集运运输效率，集装箱需求提升。受此影响，报告期内，本集团集装箱制造业务产销量创下历史高峰，其中干货集装箱累计销量达343.36万TEU(去年同期：66.41万TEU)，同比增长约417.03%;冷藏箱累计销量13.86万TEU(去年同期：9.25万TEU)，同比增长约49.84%。
