3月19日，卓航控股发布公告，认购协议的所有条件已获达成，且于本公告日期已根据认购协议的条款及条件完成向认购方配发及发行合共2833.6万股认购股份。认购事项的所得款项净额约为561.7万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额约60%或340万港元用作偿还集团负债；及将所得款项净额约40%或220万港元用作补充集团一般营运资金。
