消息面上，建滔集团日前发布2024年度业绩，营业额430.93亿港元，同比增加8.51%；股东应占溢利16.3亿港元，同比减少20.97%；每股基本盈利1.471港元；拟派发末期股息每股54港仙及特别股息每股46港仙。花旗在研报中指出，建滔集团因其化工业务疲软仍是最不受青睐的选择。
期内，覆铜面板部门营业额上升10%，至189.02亿港元。未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之利润上升23%，至36.64亿港元。印刷线路板部门销售额上升4%至121.07亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利上升1%至20.33亿港元。化工部门营业额上升22%，至136.18亿港元，未扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利亦随之上升2%，至9.1亿港元。另外，房地产部门总营业额下降28%，至19.74亿港元。
