路透社3月27日 - 芯片制造商Wolfspeed WOLF.N周四表示，在董事会赶走前首席执行官Gregg Lowe几个月后，该公司任命业内资深人士Robert Feurle为首席执行官。
Feurle此前曾在美光科技MU.O担任过十年的高管职务，他将接替Thomas Werner，并于5月1日生效。沃纳将重新担任董事长。
Lowe 于 11 月无故下台。
Feurle最近在欧洲半导体公司ams-OSRAM AG担任光半导体业务部执行副总裁。在此之前，他在芯片制造公司英飞凌科技公司（Infineon Technologies AG IFXGn.DE）担任总经理。
在汽车、工业和能源终端市场订单放缓的情况下，Wolfspeed 对其业务进行了改革，包括去年关闭了部分工厂，以提高其盈利能力 (link)。
