3月28日金融一线消息，中信股份今日召开2024年度业绩发布会。财务部总经理张学军介绍2024年年度业绩时表示，整体业绩的第一个关键词就是稳中有进。主要业绩指标保持了稳健增长，其中实现收入7529亿元，同比增长了10.6%。全年的并购南钢股份增加收入577元，存量业务的拓展增加收入144亿元，分别贡献了8.5%和2.1%的收入的增幅，实现归属于普通股股东净利润582亿元，同比增长了1.1%，较中期业绩增幅0.1%，扩大了一个百分点。

　　张学军表示，金融板块业绩的关键词是增收增利。金融板块全面构建了协调联动、错位发展的综合金融体系，统筹推进金融“强核”工程，打造“五篇大文章”中信样板，收入和归母净利润均同比增长4.3%。
