智通财经APP讯，瑞安房地产(00272)公布2024年业绩，收入为81.73亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比减少16%。股东应占溢利为1.8亿元，同比减少78%。基本每股盈利2.2分，末期股息每股港币3.6仙。
公告称，利润按年大幅下降的主要原因是住宅物业落成数目减少，以及已确认的物业销售减少。
2024 年，该集团取得已确认物业销售人民币 43.56 亿元。集团(包括合营公司及联营公司)已确认物业销售总额为人民币 79.62 亿元。合约销售额为人民币 150.55 亿元，其中包括住宅物业销售额人民币 145.53 亿元，商业物业销售额人民币 5.02 亿元。集团(包括合营公司及联营公司)已锁定的销售总额为人民币 153.94 亿元，将有待交付并于 2025 财年及以后确认。
截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日，该集团土地储备的总建筑面积为 800 万平方米，包括 580 万平方米的可供出租及可供销售面积，及 220 万平方米的会所、停车场和其他设施，合共 14 个发展项目，分布于上海、南京、武汉、佛山及重庆这五个中国主要城市的黄金地段。集团应占可供出租及可供销售的建筑面积为 370 万平方米。在 580 万平方米的可供出租及可供销售的总建筑面积中，约 260 万平方米的建筑面积已经落成并持有作销售及/或投资用途，约 90 万平方米的建筑面积正处于发展阶段，余下的 230 万平方米则持有作日后发展用途。
