Miyoshi (SGX:M03) entered into a share transfer agreement with Viraj Chuenmeechao and Supatra Chuenmeechao to acquire the remaining 20% stake in Miyoshi Hi-Tech for 2.2 million baht, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the completion of the acquisition, the company will hold 749,999 shares out of 750,000 shares in Miyoshi Hi-Tech. The remaining 1 share will be held by a company employee.
The company is involved in the manufacturing and selling of metal stamping parts.
