科创板融资余额较前一增加 2.17 亿元，融券余额增加 970.49 万元。258 股融资余额环比增加，138 股融券余额环比增加。统计显示，科创板两融余额合计 1625.50 亿元，其中融资余额合计 1619.79 亿元，融券余额合计 5.71 亿元。融资余额方面，中芯国际最高，为 80.26 亿元，其次是寒武纪、海光信息。258 只个股融资余额环比增加，金科环境等增幅较大，毕得医药等降幅居前。融券余额方面，中芯国际最高，为 0.22 亿元，其次是芯原股份、海光信息。138 只个股融券余额环比增加，龙腾光电等增幅较大，四方光电等降幅居前。
