智通财经APP讯，白云山(00874)发布公告，近日，公司控股子公司广州白云山天心制药股份有限公司(以下简称“天心药业”)收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的《药品补充申请批准通知书》，注射用氨苄西林钠(1.0g、0.5g)已通过仿制药质量和疗效一致性评价。
天心药业注射用氨苄西林钠(1.0g、0.5g)于2002年上市。天心药业于2023年11月28日向国家药品监督管理局递交注射用氨苄西林钠(1.0g、0.5g)一致性评价申请，于2023年12月15日获得受理。
注射用氨苄西林钠为广谱半合成青霉素，适用于敏感菌所致的唿吸道感染、胃肠道感染、尿路感染、软组织感染、心内膜炎、脑膜炎、败血症等。
目前中国境内注射用氨苄西林钠的主要生产厂家有哈药集团制药总厂、四川制药制剂有限公司、成都倍特药业股份有限公司等。根据米内网数据显示，2023年该药品在国内市场的销售额为人民币69201万元。
2024年天心药业注射用氨苄西林钠的销售收入为人民币115.07万元。截至本公告日，天心药业在注射用氨苄西林钠(1.0g、0.5g)一致性评价研发项目上已投入研发费用约为人民币182.84万元(未审计)。
