智通财经APP讯，大众公用(01635)公布，公司为了进一步优化债务结构、降低融资成本，保障未来经营发展需要，经公司 2025 年 3 月 28 日召开的第十二届董事会第九次会议审议通过《关于公司拟注册发行中期票据的议案》，公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会注册发行中期票据，本次中期票据的注册发行规模不超过 35 亿元，并可以分期发行。
