汽车之家(ATHM.US)盘前涨超3.5%，报29.33美元。消息面上，摩根大通将汽车之家的目标价从24美元上调至36美元，评级从“中性”上调至“增持”。

上月，海尔集团宣布，旗下二手车业务公司卡泰驰控股与中国平安旗下云辰资本达成协议，卡泰驰控股将以总价约18亿美金收购云辰资本持有的汽车之家发行普通股股份。交易完成后，卡泰驰控股将持有汽车之家约41.91%的股份，成为汽车之家控股股东。(格隆汇)
