3月25日，粤海投资（00270）发布2024年度业绩公告，截止12月31日的财务摘要显示，来自持续经营业务的收入为185.05亿港元，同比减少8.9%。这一收入下降主要源于水资源业务的建设服务收入减少，具体业绩表现如下，

　　业务分部方面，水资源分部的供水量和收入均有所下降，尤其是对深圳和东莞地区的供水收入减少了10.5%。物业投资分部则实现了10.3%的收入增长，主要得益于租金水平和出租率的提升。百货运营分部的收入增加了13.6%，但由于花都店停业导致整体盈利受到影响。电力业务也实现了收益增长，尽管售电量有所下降。整体来看，公司在面对复杂的市场环境时，仍通过优化资源和管理提升了部分业务的表现。
