智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)发布公告，自筹划本次分拆上市事项(建议分拆公司的控股子公司中集天达控股有限公司(中集天达)并于深圳证券交易所(深交所)创业板独立上市)以来，公司及相关各方积极推进相关工作，并严格按照相关法律法规和规范性文件的要求履行了决策程序和信息披露义务。基于相关综合因素等考虑，为统筹安排控股子公司中集天达业务发展和资本运作规划，经与相关各方充分沟通及审慎论证后，根据2021年6月18日召开的公司 2021年第三次临时股东大会授权，公司董事会同意终止分拆中集天达于深交所创业板上市并向深交所申请撤回相关上市申请文件。上述终止本次分拆上市事项已经公司于2025年3月27日召开的第十届董事会2025年度第7次会议审议通过。
终止本次分拆上市不会对集团产生实质性影响，不会对集团现有生产经营活动和财务状况产生重大不利影响，亦不会影响公司未来战略规划的实施。
