新浪科技讯 3月28日下午消息，据相关媒体报道，AWS大中华区近期通过“三年期不续签和PIP”两种方式陆续进行裁员，范围大致涵盖了所有部门，“比例约10%”。对此，新浪科技向亚马逊AWS中国区——亚马逊云科技求证，其回应新浪科技称：“相关报道严重失实，亚马逊云科技持续在中国积极招聘人才，为中国企业提供全球领先、安全可靠的云技术。”

　　据此前报道，对AWS中国员工来说，如果三年到期后还想获得续签机会，就需要拿到TT绩效。然而，在亚马逊的绩效评估体系中，TT代表“Top Tier”，算是最高等级的绩效评价，通常授予表现最优秀的员工，仅占员工总数的10%左右。

　　此外，AWS大中华区今年的招聘名额被指收紧，除了部分BD岗位外，非打单团队的招聘指标非常少：“往年裁员后，通常都会有一个替补的Headcount放出来，但今年基本没有，走一个就少一个。”（文猛）
