金沙中国有限公司(01928)发布公告，有关公司与Las Vegas Sands Corp.(LVS)订立贷款协议，据此，LVS于2022年7月11日向公司提供金额为十亿美元的次级无抵押定期贷款，并须于2028年7月11日偿还，且公司可随时提前偿还全部或部分贷款并无需支付罚金。

公司于2025年3月27日，贷款到期日前，已全额偿还贷款。
