　　都市丽人（02298）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入30.1亿元（人民币，下同），同比增加9.18%；股东应占溢利1.26亿元，同比增加196.96%；每股基本盈利5.8分；拟派发末期股息每股0.5港仙。

　　公告称，相关增长主要是由于成功与集团的联营商合作拓展集团的电子商务业务，从而大幅提升集团在中国的市场份额，令集团于本年度的营运业绩得以改善；集团有效的成本控制和效率提升也进一步降低了集团的营运成本；及集团位于中国广东省东莞市凤岗镇的产业项目，若干单位已于本年度完成交付并入账确认为收入。
