3月28日，携程平台发布消息称，针对2025年3月28日前预订携程平台内缅甸、泰国、老挝全境，以及云南瑞丽的酒店产品，且入住时间为3月28日至4月4日的订单，携程已开启兜底保障，联合商家一起为需要退订的用户承担退订损失。

　　该平台正密切关注航司政策，及时更新相关信息，对符合航司全退规则的旅客可通过携程App操作自助全额退票或免费改签。同时，有需紧急协助的用户可在携程平台输入SOS进入页面，平台专线服务人员将第一时间响应并提供专项服务。
