UMS Integration (SGX:558) received approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia for a secondary listing on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The listing will be by introduction, with no share offering. UMS must secure shareholder approval for constitutional changes, appoint two Malaysia-based directors, one of which is for the audit committee, and comply with Malaysian equity and prospectus rules.

Final approval from Bursa Malaysia is still pending.
