3月25日，光大环境（00257）发布业绩...截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度，归母净利润为33.77亿港元，较去年下降24%，具体表现如下，

　　收入及盈利的减少主要是由于行业内新增项目数量减少，导致建造服务收益下降。

　　财务回顾部分显示，综合毛利为115.36亿港元，较去年下降16%，毛利率约为38.1%，较去年减少4.9个百分点。公司的总资产为1860.27亿港元，净资产为664.17亿港元。资产负债比率为64%，较去年下降1个百分点，显示出公司的财务状况保持健康。现金及银行结余为80.42亿港元，较去年有所减少。

　　管理层讨论与分析部分提到，公司的业务在环保能源、环保水务和绿色环保等领域进行了多项投资。环保能源板块的垃圾处理量和上网电量均有所增加，分别达到5201万吨和1704万兆瓦时。而环保水务板块的污水处理量也有所增长，达到17.63亿立方米。绿色环保板块在生物质综合利用及危废处置方面虽有增长，但整体盈利表现受到市场波动影响，导致出现亏损。

　　公司的业务分部中，环保能源仍是核心业务，继续拓展市场，实施新项目以提升处理能力。环保水务与绿色环保业务也在不断开拓新的市场与服务模式，整体呈现出积极的发展态势。
