1025 ET - Five of the 10 hottest neighborhoods of 2025 are in Midwest suburbs, Redfin says, alongside pricey coastal areas like New York and San Francisco, where office returns boost demand. Brooklyn's Prospect Heights/Clinton Hill tops the list with a 105% sales surge; three New York zip codes are featured overall. Midwest suburbs are gaining traction as affordable alternatives, drawing buyers priced out of urban centers. Homes in these top 10 areas are selling faster than last year, defying a national slowdown, but inventory lags--six of the 10 saw fewer listings--are driving 100%+ increases in views on Redfin.com.
