智通财经APP讯，徽商银行(03698)发布公告，A股发行方案已于2018年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式获审议通过，并已分别于2019年股东周年大会、2020年股东周年大会、2021年股东周年大会、2022年股东周年大会及2023年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式审议通过将A股发行方案的有效期先后延长12个月。鉴于A股发行方案载明的12个月有效期将于2025年6月29日届满，为确保A股发行工作能继续开展，该行拟将A股发行方案的有效期自紧随原有效期届满后次日起延长12个月。A股发行方案的其他内容保持不变。
授权办理A股发行具体事宜的议案已于2018年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式获审议通过，并已分别于2019年股东周年大会、2020年股东周年大会、2021年股东周年大会、2022年股东周年大会及2023年股东周年大会上以特别决议案方式审议通过将授权议案的有效期先后延长12个月。鉴于授权议案载明的12个月有效期将于2025年6月29日届满，为确保A股发行工作能继续开展，该行拟将授权议案的有效期自紧随原有效期届满后次日起延长12个月。授权议案的其他内容保持不变。
上述关于延长A股发行方案和授权议案有效期的事项已经该行董事会审议通过，并拟提交该行股东大会审议批准。该行将适时向该行股东寄发载有(其中包括)上述议案资料的股东大会通函及通告。
