Coolan (SGX:BMT) secured a 60-day extension from Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to hold its fiscal year 2024 annual general meeting by April 29 and file its annual return by May 29, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company said the extension allows it to meet compliance requirements under the Companies Act 1967.
