智通财经APP获悉，据媒体引述知情人士称，罗兵咸永道(内地称普华永道)推迟了向香港和内地最近退休的合伙人返还资本金，目前正在应对其对正在清盘的房地产开发商恒大(03333)的审计所产生的财务影响。
此前于2024年9月13日，中国证监会依法对普华永道恒大地产年报及债券发行审计工作未勤勉尽责案作出行政处罚，没收普华永道案涉期间全部业务收入2774万元，并处以顶格罚款2.97亿元，合计罚没3.25亿元。
知情人士表示，过去普华永道会在合伙人退休后的数月内返还约一半的资本金，其余部分在之后陆续返还。但近来数月退休的几名股权合伙人尚未拿回他们加入该合伙企业时所投入的任何资本金。
上述知情人士称，最近的变化标志着常规的返还时间表延迟，这将有助于其节省现金。
