消息面上，晶苑国际发布2024年度业绩，该集团取得收益24.7亿美元，同比增加13.42%；公司拥有人应占溢利2亿美元，同比增加22.64%。华西证券指出，公司24年派发末期股息每股19.0港仙，派付特别股息每股5.5港仙，结合中期每股派息13.8港仙，2024年每股派息息合计38.3港仙，对应全年分红率69.88%、较去年大幅提升，股息率为7.15%。
值得一提的是，晶苑国际此前获纳入港股通名单。国泰君安近期指出，对标九兴，晶苑国际短期估值提升空间较大，看好中长期发展。九兴与晶苑均具备订单增长确定性较强、利润率改善，以及低估值、高股息特征，目前晶苑估值对标九兴仍存在较大提升的空间，看好入通后晶苑基本面及估值提升。
