智通财经APP讯，中海物业(02669)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，整体收益140.24亿元(人民币，下同)，同比上升7.5%;公司普通股权持有人应占溢利15.11亿元，同比上升12.5%;每股基本盈利为46.00仙，拟派末期股息每股港币9.5仙。
2024年度，集团所管理的建筑面积较去年年底增加7.4%至4.31亿平方米。其中，新增订单7410万平方米，同时为优化业务结构及亏损项目治理进行退盘4450万平方米，令业态发展更趋均衡，并提升经营效益。新增订单中，63.3%来自独立第三方，而住宅项目及非住宅项目的新增在管面积分别占49.7%及50.3%。于2024年12月31日，来自独立第三方及非住宅项目的在管建筑面积占比分别为39.4%及28.7%(于2023年12月31日：分别为40.5%及30.1%)。
年内，新签合约额约为人民币44.412亿元，其中，与独立第三方签订的合约额为人民币28.487亿元。住宅类及非住宅类的新签合约额分别约达人民币23.427亿元及人民币20.985亿元。
