金吾财讯 | 龙光集团(03380)公告，2024年度，母公司拥有人应占年内亏损62.98亿元（人民币，下同），同比减少29.51%，每股基本亏损113.95分。持续亏损主要由于(i)房地产行业持续低迷，毛利率依然处于低水平；及(ii)就存货计提减值拨备。不派息。期内，收入为232.65亿元，同比减少50.68%。该减少主要是由于物业开发收入较2023年减少所致。期内，物业开发收入约为229.64亿元，较2023年467.82亿元减少约50.9%。2024年的物业开发收入分别来自长江三角洲区域、大湾区、西南区域及其他区域，占比分别为37.5%、35.5%、14.5%及12.5%。期内，毛损为50.75亿元，同比增长12.55%。
