智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，该集团附属公司南京钢铁股份有限公司(公司)近日收到公司间接控股股东中信泰富有限公司(中信泰富)的通知，中信泰富拟以其所持有的万富投资有限公司(万富投资)部分股权作为对价，向万富投资购买其所持有的尚康国际有限公司(尚康国际)100%股权、长越投资有限公司(长越投资)100%股权，万富投资回购该部分股权并注销。
本次交易完成后，公司股权结构未发生实质变化，南京南钢钢铁联合有限公司(南京钢联)仍为公司控股股东，中信泰富仍为公司间接控股股东，中国中信集团有限公司(中信集团)仍为公司实际控制人。
