智通财经APP讯，重庆钢铁股份(01053)发布公告，重庆钢铁股份有限公司董事会审议通过了关于公司参与竞拍炼钢二系列和轧钢4100mm宽厚板、2700mm板材、线材、棒材、型材产线等资产的议案，拟参与标的资产的竞拍。重庆钢铁(集团)有限责任公司持有的标的资产已在重庆联合产权交易所正式挂牌，挂牌交易价为人民币10.8亿元。待竞拍成功后，买卖双方将根据挂牌条件和有关规则要求签订合同及支付价款等。
