智通财经APP讯，海螺创业(00586)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币62.71亿元(单位下同)，同比减少21.76%;公司权益股东应占利润20.2亿元，同比减少18.03%;每股盈利1.17元，拟派发末期现金股息每股0.3港元。
公告称，收入下降主要原因为本集团在建项目减少影响。税前利润为22.5亿元，同比下降21.67%，主要原因为主业利润及应占联营公司海螺集团利润减少综合影响。应占联营公司利润为13.16亿元，同比下降20.84%。
