新浪科技讯 3月27日午间消息，2025中关村论坛年会今日开幕，在全体会议上，理想汽车创始人、董事长兼首席执行官李想发表演讲。

　　他宣布，理想汽车推出自研操作系统理想星环OS，他表示，该操作系统可以让理想汽车每年降低几十亿BOM成本。

　　另外，他认为，汽车操作系统是汽车行业智能化下半场的中枢，也是通往高阶智能体的基座。理想星环OS将进行开源，理想汽车成为全球首家将汽车操作系统开源的车企，让中国创新技术普惠全球。他透露，这可以让供应商和主机厂每年节省千万甚至上亿的操作系统授权费用。
