智通财经APP讯，中国人民保险集团(01339)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布徐向获委任为公司的非执行董事、杨长缨及贾若获委任为公司的独立非执行董事。徐向、杨长缨及贾若的董事任期自公司股东大会审议通过其董事委任且其董事任职资格获得国家金融监督管理总局核准之日起算，至公司第五届董事会任期届满时止，任期届满可以重选连任。
董事会于2025年3月27日收到非执行董事苗福生的辞呈。因年龄原因，苗福生辞去公司非执行董事、董事会风险管理与消费者权益保护委员会委员及董事会提名薪酬委员会委员职务。
