　　招银国际发布研报称，维持科伦博泰生物-B（06990）“买入”评级，对Sac-TMT在内地的全球开发和商业化保持信心，将目标价由227.88港元升至299.93港元。科伦博泰去年业绩强劲，主要得益于全球合作的里程碑付款以及创新管线的推进。

　　该行指，公司商业化取得重大进展。截至目前，公司已有三个商业化资产，包括Sac-TMT、A140和A167。Sac-TMT已获得内地药监局对TNBC和3LEGFRm NSCLC的批准，其2L EGFRmNSCLC的NDA预计将在2025年下半年获批。A166的NDA已被接受用于2L和3LHER2+BC，预计将在2025年下半年获批。截至2024年底，公司商业团队已扩大至360名员工，并计划在今年次季扩大到500人以上，相信今年将是验证公司商业化能力的关键一年。该行预计公司将实现今年Sac-TMT的8亿至10亿元人民币销售目标。
