花旗发布研报称，华润置地(01109)去年销售额同比跌15%至2,610亿元人民币，晋身行业前三名。集团计划今年度投放5,009亿人民币资源，目标是保持全国前三的地位。报告提到，集团去年业绩符合预期，核心利润同比跌9%;物业发展利润同比跌17%，毛利率降至16.8%，但经常性利润增长9%，抵销了物业发展利润的跌幅。该行将集团目标价由32.7港元上调至32.8港元，评级为“买入”。
