　　中国地震台网正式测定：03月28日14时20分在缅甸（北纬21.85度，东经95.95度）发生7.9级地震，震源深度30千米。

　　28日下午2时40分许，湖南人叶先生位于与缅甸相邻的瑞丽，他告诉潇湘晨报记者，自己本来去公司里面拿东西准备上车，突然发现车在摇，才反应过来是地震，然后震感越来越强。他迅速跑开，同时看见楼上的人也都在往下跑。

　　他发给记者一段位于瑞丽市中心的财富广场的一段视频，显示一栋有数十层的高楼一直往下掉砖石，“楼顶的水像瀑布一样一直往下。”

　　其在朋友圈看到的一段视频显示，在财富广场，有人大喊“回家！回家！”还有视频显示，随着楼上砖石砸落，有人四散逃开。

　　“现在大家都跑到外面来了。我也不知道怎么办，先找个空旷的地方待着。”叶先生说。
