金吾财讯 | 江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)公告，于2024年，归母净利49.47亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长12.09%，每股盈利约0.9819元。提议向全体股东派发现金股息每股0.49元（含税）期内，营收231.98亿元，同比增长52.7%。分业务看，路桥主业。期内，集团实现通行费收入约95.28亿元，同比增长约0.17%，通行费收入占集团总营业收入的约41.07%，剔除建造收入后，占比约77.26%。其中，沪宁高速日均通行费收入约14,37.3万元，同比减少约0.09%。配套业务。期内，集团配套服务业务实现收入约17.39亿元，较上年同期下降5.67%。其中，服务区租赁业务收入约1.77亿元，同比增长76.42%，主要由于仙人山、黄栗墅、梅村等服务区在终止原租赁合同后，陆续完成新一轮招商工作；受油品销量下降影响，油品销售实现收入约15.2亿元，同比下降11.43%，油品销售毛利润同比下降3.21%。新能源业务。期内，受风资源因素影响，云杉清能公司如东地区海上风电项目上网电量有所增长，集团电力销售实现收入约7.2亿元，同比增长约12.08%。地产业务。期内，集团房地产开发销售由子公司宁沪置业公司、瀚威公司经营。报告期内，集团结转销售收入约1.37亿元，同比下降71.13%，主要由于地产项目交付规模小于上年同期。
