乐居财经赵盼盼3月26日晚间，建发物业发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。
根据公告，建发物业2024年度收入约为32.93亿元；毛利约为7.07亿元；毛利率约为21.5%。
此外，集团2024年度溢利约为3.28亿元；公司权益持有人应占溢利约为3.24亿元。
建发物业表示，集团的收入、毛利及年内溢利出现下滑，主要因房屋硬装业务于2024年度结转产生的收入及溢利大幅减少导致。剔除房屋硬装业务的影响后，2024年度集团的收入、毛利及公司权益持有人应占溢利，较上一财政年度分别增加约13.3%、6.8%及15.1%。
于2024年12月31日，集团物业管理服务的合约建筑面积约为1.09亿平方米，同比增长约7.2%。
董事会建议派付2024年度之末期股息每股0.15港元（2023年：每股0.16港元，及祝贺公司上市三周年的特别股息每股0.1港元）。
