智通财经APP讯，星盛商业(06668)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币6.45亿元(单位下同)，同比增长1.5%;公司拥有人应占利润1.54亿元，同比减少9.7%;每股盈利15.25分，拟派发末期股息每股8.3港仙。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，来自委托管理服务的收入约为4.27亿元，同比增长约5.0%，占本集团总收入约66.2%。来自委托管理服务的收入增加主要由于新开业项目的运营管理服务收入增加(日照星河iCO于2023年9月开业、广州南沙星河COCO Park于2023年12月开业及济宁星河iCO于2023年12月开业)。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，来自品牌及管理输出服务的收入约为9570万元，同比下降约34.0%，占本集团总收入约14.8%。来自品牌及管理输出服务的收入减少主要由于受市场环境及房地产行业形势的影响，前期定位、建筑咨询及租户招揽服务收入减少。
截至2024年12月31日，本集团向53个(含8个咨询服务项目)商用物业项目提供服务，合约建筑面积达到约270万平方米(不含8个咨询服务项目的建筑面积)。咨询服务项目的储备为后续转化为可持续运营的项目奠定基础，也为本集团的稳定增长提供持续的动力。
