智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)公布，于2025年3月27日，该公司间接全资附属中国壹品江山酒业集团有限公司拟向中国白酒集团控股有限公司收购四川天府金盆地酒业集团有限公司的100%股权，总代价为人民币3000万元。
目标公司拥有若干资产，包括价值人民币1480万元的土地使用权及价值人民币5370万元的优质白酒生产厂房及设备，惟尚未开展其业务。目标公司亦于中国成都拥有面积达27,595平方米的土地使用权，将充分发挥集团物业发展业务的优势。
由于买卖及发展优质白酒为 该集团其中一项主要业务，董事会相信 集团收购目标公司将可充分发挥其产业链优势，为集团优质白酒业务提供生产支援。
