智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得总营业额650.13亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少5.8%;公司股权持有人应占溢利5.68亿元，同比减少46.9%;每股基本盈利24.56仙。
于本报告年度，受限于低于预期的经济复苏，以及市场面临消费信心不足等问题，集团承受一定经营压力。集团整体营业额取得650.13亿元，较上年度减少5.8%。同时，集团现代服务业业务板块中建设发展业务受中国房地产市场持续低迷影响而计提减值，以及集团其他业务分部的存货价值下降等因素也挤压集团的利润空间及稀释毛利率。集团本年度溢利为11.6亿元，按年下降34.3%;整体毛利率为13.5%，较上年度下降0.1个百分点。尽管面临上述挑战，集团因应市场变化去调整营运策略，包括优化资源配置及加快调整库存结构去应对激烈竞争环境，并以优质的产品质量打造强而有力的品牌竞争力，以改善集团的营运效率及财务表现。
