Equinox Resources (ASX:EQN) has appointed Brendan Gow to the role of executive chairman of the company, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Gow is the founder and managing director of Capital Haus, a
Sydney and Dubai-based wealth management firm, the filing said.
The appointment follows Capital Haus' acquisition of an 11.6% stake in the mining firm earlier in March, the filing added.
