PayPal执行副总裁兼中小企业和金融服务总经理Michelle Gill在新闻稿中表示，PayPal的商家贷款解决方案——PayPal商业贷款（PayPal Business Loan）和PayPal营运资金（PayPal Working Capital）——旨在帮助小企业克服他们在获得资金方面经常面临的挑战。
Gill补充说，该公司的融资解决方案具有简化的在线申请流程，并在几分钟内获得资金。
